Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the laboratory.
Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and stored after use.
Dispose of hazardous materials according to safety guidelines.
Preparation of Materials:
Prepare and set up materials and equipment for experiments as instructed by the science teachers.
Assist in the preparation of chemicals, solutions, and specimens.
Inventory Management:
Keep an accurate inventory of lab supplies and equipment.
Report any shortages or damages to the Laboratory In-charge.
Assist in the procurement process by providing a list of needed supplies.
Safety Compliance:
Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are strictly followed.
Conduct regular checks to ensure that all safety equipment is in working order.
Assist in emergency situations and provide first aid if necessary.
Support to Teachers and Students:
Assist teachers during lab sessions.
Guide and support students in handling lab equipment and conducting experiments safely.
Record Keeping:
Maintain records of experiments conducted, including results and any incidents.
Ensure proper documentation of equipment usage and maintenance.
