Sales Associate | Work From Home

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales associate to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will generate sales leads, qualify prospects, and close sales over the phone to manage the sales for our Teacher Training Academy and Retreat programs.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct inbound and a few outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services.
• Manage Sales interns
• Manage a sales pipeline and effectively close sales to meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
• Collaborate with the team to strategize on sales approaches and target markets.
• Provide accurate and timely updates on sales activities and progress in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with the clients for class, assignment/ homework submission, and overall management of class online.

Remuneration :

A salary between INR 15,000/- to INR 20,000/- per month depending on previous relevant work experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience in inside sales

Strong Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Goal-oriented mindset and a drive to exceed sales targets.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Entrepreneurial mindset

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
