Key Responsibilities:
• Supplier Analysis: Evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, service, and reliability.
• Purchase Orders: Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders.
• Data Analysis: Analyze procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products.
• Contract Management: Support the management of supplier contracts and agreements.
• Cost Analysis: Perform cost analysis and assist in budgeting for procurement activities.
• Reporting: Prepare reports on procurement activities and provide insights for management review.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to procurement.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving procurement processes and systems.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with procurement software is a plus.
