Position Overview:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Manager of Operations based in Mirzapur. The Sr. Manager of Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facilities and ensuring efficient production processes, managing teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and budgeting. The role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills as well as a deep understanding of general management and operations management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the operations team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Production Management: Oversee the manufacturing process from raw material sourcing to finished product delivery, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.

Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement. Implement best practices to optimize manufacturing processes.

Quality Assurance: Monitor and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet specified standards and customer requirements.

Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to streamline supply chain operations and minimize lead times.

Team Development: Mentor and develop a high-performing operations team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Promote a safe working environment for all employees.

Budget Management: Develop and manage operational budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
