Roles and Responsibilities:

Candidates should have experience of Team Handling/ Sales/ KPIs.
Ability to perform multi tasks and adjust quickly in short time frames.
Knowledge of operational process, logical thinking , reporting & analysis.
Provide feedback, training sessions and other team development exercise.
Making daily & monthly reports maintain the SLAs of team.
Required Skills:

Candidate must be comfortable to work in Night shifts and work from office.
Looking candidate from International Background ONLY.
Must be analytical and detail oriented.
Must possess strong communication, interpersonal, sales Experience & influencing skills.
Should have handled a team of 15-20 FTEs.
Shift Time US/ UKBoth.
