Account Executive

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, financial transactions, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements. The Accounts Executive will report directly to the Finance Manager and collaborate closely with other members of the finance team.

Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, issuing payments, and reconciling vendor statements.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.

Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts.

Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

Assist with year-end audit processes.

Handle any other accounting tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Proven experience working in an accounting or finance role.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in accounting software Tally Prime and MS Excel.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
