Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at AIM Group in Gurugram. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. The Account Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service to clients and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications
• Prior experience in account management or a related role
• Taxation filling including ITR, GST and TDR
• Tally Prime
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Vendor management and planning
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of the industry and market trends
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
