Inside Sales Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive at Integrated Personnel Services Limited in Mumbai. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, communication with prospective clients, customer service, and driving sales. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service to clients.

Job responsibilities -

1. Outbound cold-calling & Email marketing to a defined set of target prospect accounts and generating a fixed amount of qualified leads / meetings per month.

2. Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and appointment setting for sales team. 3. Contact B2B premium Clients via Professional networking sites, such as LinkedIn, zoom info, jigsaw, etc.

4. Effectively perform outbound calls to target prospects globally.

5. Converting the right business opportunity/lead to an appointment for the client sales team in the US.

Person specification (competencies) -

1. Experience into KPO / BPO / International Call Centre / International Sales process preferred.

2. Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written.

3. Ability to multitask daily projects and commitments and employ structured selling methods is required.

4. Very good interpersonal skills & Communication skills.

5. Should be open to work for US shifts.
