Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, have a deep understanding of various platforms, and possess a strong ability to engage audiences. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and managing our online communities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
Create, curate, and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).
Monitor social media platforms for brand mentions, customer inquiries, and industry trends.
Engage with the target audience by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Build and maintain a strong online community through social media interactions.
Track and analyse social media metrics to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create compelling visual content.
Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
Must Have

Proven experience in social media management.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their target audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create engaging and compelling content.
Strong analytical skills to measure and report on performance.
Experience with social media analytics tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to maintain multiple websites.
Good to Have

Experience with digital marketing agency.
Experience with paid social media advertising.
Knowledge of social media scheduling tools.
Experience in the Medical, healthcare, dental, packaging and paper sector.
Understanding of SEO and content marketing.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
