Job Summary:

As a Part-Time Graphic Designer at [Company Name], you will collaborate with our marketing team to create visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity. From concept to execution, you will play a pivotal role in developing various marketing materials, both digital and print. This role offers a blend of creative freedom and strategic direction, where your designs will directly impact our company's image and messaging.

Key Responsibility:

Create engaging and innovative designs for digital and print media, including but not limited to social media graphics, website banners, brochures, posters, and advertisements.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines.
Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts that resonate with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
Maintain consistency across all visual assets and ensure they meet high-quality standards.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial concept to final delivery, within established timelines.
Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and techniques to enhance design output.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Qualification:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative designs.
Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Knowledge of digital design best practices, including web design principles and UI/UX concepts.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain design ideas.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Prior experience working in a marketing or advertising environment is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred.
