Job Description: We are seeking a talented and versatile Fashion Designer cum Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion design with a keen interest in athleisure trends. This role will not only involve designing apparel but also managing merchandising activities and overseeing office operations related to online order processing and dispatch.

Responsibilities:

Fashion Design:
Design and develop athleisure apparel collections that align with the brand's aesthetic and market demands.
Create detailed sketches, tech packs, and prototypes for new designs.
Stay updated with fashion trends, fabric innovations, and competitor activities to ensure our products remain cutting-edge.
Merchandising:
Collaborate with production and sales teams to plan and execute merchandise assortment strategies.
Manage product lifecycle from concept through to production, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
Monitor inventory levels and sales performance to optimize stock levels and assortment.
Office Operations:
Process online orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Coordinate with logistics providers for timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
Maintain organized records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels.
General Administrative Tasks:
Assist in general office tasks such as answering customer inquiries, managing emails, and coordinating meetings as needed.
Help in maintaining a productive and positive work environment within the office.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Fashion Designer with a portfolio showcasing athleisure or activewear designs.
Strong merchandising background with knowledge of product development processes and supply chain management.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and familiarity with tech pack creation.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or a related field.
Previous experience in a similar role within the athleisure or activewear industry.
Passion for sustainability and knowledge of eco-friendly materials and practices.
Experience with e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
