Job description
JOB TITLE: EXECUTIVE - ACCOUNTS

LOCATION: MORBI

JOB ROLE: Will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements

Compliance and Auditing

Administrative Duties

REPORTING TO: Chief Manager - Accounts

RESPONSIBLITIES:
Responsible for accurate Sales and Purchase entries
Expense bill booking
Customer Ledger reconciliation
Co-ordination with Sales & Stores team for invoicing
Co-ordination with Customers
Generate and issue invoices to clients.
Preparation of all periodic & need based financial reports
Assist with internal and external audits.
Manage employee expense reimbursements.
Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
Other duties as assigned.

AGE: 25 and above

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

ESSENTIAL. Graduation in Finance or Commerce

DESIRABLE: MBA/ PGDM with Finance as major specialization.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

ESSENTIAL: 5- 7 years of accounts experience.

DESIRABLE SKILL SETS:
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, or similar).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

EXTENT OF DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY: All major decisions to be taken in concurrence with the Reporting Manager.
