Tele Caller Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, be adept at communicating over the phone, and excel in resolving customer inquiries and complaints. Your primary responsibility will be to close sales deals over the phone while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Experience: 1-2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products or services and generate leads.
Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions or information.
Persuade customers to purchase products or services by demonstrating benefits and addressing any concerns.
Convert leads into confirmed sales through effective follow-up and closing techniques.
Maintain regular follow-up with customers through calls and emails to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Provide feedback to the sales manager on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures during all customer interactions.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and objections in a professional and courteous manner.
Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role.
Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, English both verbal and written.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
Location - Ahmedabad (Local candidates preferred), Fulltime (Onsite only)
