Responsibility of Account Executive job in Hamirpur
• Assume the responsibility of receiving and sorting invoices from the different parties/ vendors.
• Verifying invoices based on Challans & Quotations received from Hamirpur venders/parties
• Identify errors within Invoices
• Manage the status of accounts, balances and identify inconsistencies Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices.
• Cross check Invoice details with respect to quantity of materials, rates of materials, discounting
• Billing total calculation & GST calculation.
• Call to party or venders if any errors found in bills,
• Save records
