You are responsible for designing recruitment plans, advertising needed positions, and interviewing applicants. Recruitment plans deployed by HR recruiters include joining career fairs, sending emails, and posting on social media and job sites.

Role of HR Generalist include:
Administering compensation and benefit plans
Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development

Human Resources Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies

Experience -6m to 1 year

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
