Understanding of basic accounting principles and ability to accurately calculate, post, correct, and manage accounting figures and financial records

Responsibilities
Join our finance team to manage and maintain our accounts receivable records
This role includes invoicing, tracking incoming payments, reconciling accounts, processing car deals, and verifying financial transactions related to vehicle sales and services
Invoice customers and track incoming payments
Maintain detailed records of amounts owed and ensure prompt payment collection
Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted
Facilitate payment processing and resolve discrepancies
Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
Communicate with clients about billing discrepancies and questions
Engage in proactive customer contact to ensure timely collections
Post all vehicle sales and accurately manage inventory records
Assist with administrative duties, including answering phone calls and supporting other departments as needed
Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and team members
Identify opportunities for improving billing and collection processes
