Qualifications
Minimum requirements include: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with two (2) years of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Two (2) years of supervisory experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel applications with the ability to master various in-house software applications is essential
10-key by touch, computer keyboarding, copier, fax machine and scanner
English language fluency, verbal and written
Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol test

Responsibilities
This is a full time position in support of Bridger Pipeline LLC that is responsible for performing accounting duties that will typically be in multiple accounting work streams, including monthly and annual close processes as well as the preparation of financial statements
This position is also responsible for the direct supervision of subordinates, including assessing training needs and monitoring and reviewing their work product
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation
This position is responsible for: Data entry into accounting systems
Preparing and reviewing journal entries
Performing account reconciliations
Validating data against system reports
Verifying that controls and processes have been followed
Ensuring all entries are adequately supported, per procedures
Working with operations, vendors and/or customers to solve problems
Overseeing accounts receivable and/or accounts payable functions, as assigned
Preparing and reviewing sales tax reports
Participating in monthly, quarterly and annual close processes, including preparation of 10++s
Preparing financial statements
Supervising and directing work product of subordinates
Providing coaching and performance reviews for direct reports
