To hire office staff for accounting purposes with proficiency in English and typing, and a junior advocate or LLB student for office work, consider the following steps:

1. Job Description

For Accounting Staff:
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally)
• Strong knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
• Excellent typing skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Basic understanding of financial statements and bookkeeping

For Junior Advocate:
• Currently enrolled in an LLB program or recent graduate
• Familiar with legal documentation and procedures
• Strong research skills
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to handle office work and assist senior lawyers

Salary range: 8k to 10k
