Telecaller

We are hiring a tele caller with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Candidates from BPO sector are preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
· Communicating with leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
· Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
· Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
· Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
· Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
· Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
· Routing qualified meetings to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
· Researching and qualifying new leads.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in tele - calling

Good communication skills

You will be responsible for the following brands:

o Insta Holidays: Setting up appointments, follow ups, new prospects, destination/institutions for tie ups etc

o Academy0+: Cold Calling prospective students for enrollments, setting up appointments, follow ups, new prospects, destination / institutions for tie ups etc

o A0+ Store: on a case to case basis; follow ups, cold calling, Setting up appointments, follow ups, new prospects etc

LOCATION - Bandra West, Mumbai - 400050.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
