Requirement - Graduate fresher or HSC With 6 months Mandatory Experience on papers.
Good Communication Skills
Salary - 21k CTC, Upto 17k in hand (Experience candidates)
Salary - 1+k CTC, Upto 15.5k inhand ( Graduate fresher & HSC fresher)
Candidates should have their own system and internet connection

Shifts : DAY rotational shifts

Working days : 6 days working

Week-off : any 1 rotational week-off.

Responsibilities:

Handling customers' inquiries and providing solutions through email.
Gathering customer information and explain service options and procedures.
Identifying customer needs and recommend appropriate actions.
Following up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
Documenting customer interactions and provide feedback on customer satisfaction
Requirements:

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Working knowledge of computer systems and software.
