Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Tele Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong understanding of customer service principles. As a Tele Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of hair wigs over the phone, providing personalized recommendations to meet our customers' needs, handling daily appointments of Hair Technicians etc..

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our range of hair wigs and related products.
Handle inbound calls and solve queries of clients
Utilize effective sales techniques to convert leads into sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through active listening and understanding of customer needs.
Provide accurate product information, pricing, and delivery details to customers.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:

Proven experience in tele sales or telemarketing, preferably in the beauty or cosmetic industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
High level of empathy and customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
A passion for beauty and a genuine interest in hair care products.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
