Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team based in Juhu, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design and eager to contribute to a variety of projects within our real estate development portfolio. You will work closely with senior designers and project managers to deliver exceptional design solutions that meet client needs and enhance property value.

Key Responsibilities:
Design Development:

Assist in creating and developing design concepts for residential and commercial projects.

Prepare detailed design presentations, mood boards, and 3D renderings.
Client Interaction:

Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and project requirements.

Participate in client meetings and presentations as required.
Project Coordination:

Work closely with senior designers and project managers to ensure design concepts are executed

effectively.

Assist in coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including design specifications, material lists, and project timelines.

Regularly update project status and report progress to senior team members.
Research and Trend Analysis:

Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and technologies.

Conduct research on new products and materials to incorporate innovative solutions into design

projects.
Quality Assurance:

Ensure all design work meets company standards and client expectations.

Review and inspect finished projects to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications.

Qualifications:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a sales representative, preferably in

women's health or a related field.

Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial planning. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Personal Traits:
Creative and innovative mindset. Eager to learn and grow within the field of interior design. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
