Design Cafe is hiring for Design Manager - Design for Chennai - OMR Center .

Experience - Minimum - 7 to 10 years

Job Description:-

-Look at whether revenue numbers, TAT, Sign-ups are on track daily.

- Handle client escalations - red level

- Report Directly into City Head on key metrics

- De-bottleneck projects by addressing core issues faced by repartee's

- Manage team performance and morale. Hire, Develop, Let go

Requirement : -

-Excellent Written and Verbal communication

-Require 7 -10 yrs of experience

-Should Have a Strong Team Management experience

-3 years experience handling clients for interior design projects

-B.Arch/M.Arch/Bachelor/Master in interior Designing and equivalent

Technical Skills:

-Advanced Understanding of Modular Design

-Problem Solving

-Planning and Organization

-Customer Orientation

This role is critical in marshaling the company's central key resource - Designers and Design Partners. Handling the team well results in the organization realizing its key goals of Revenue, Customer Satisfaction, and Employee Satisfaction. The role is hence central to the long-term success of the organization. The person performing well here can find opportunities to grow vertically up the ladder if they are interested in business, or can potentially work on L&D or R&D projects as their next stepping stone in their career
