Job description
We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our team. This role involves handling outbound calls to existing customers and prospects, primarily to support sales efforts. The Telecaller will work closely with our sales team to assist in maintaining customer relationships and achieving sales objectives. This position requires attending the office for 3 days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for the remaining 3 days.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to customers and prospects based on provided scripts or guidelines.
• Assist in maintaining and nurturing customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the sales team to understand ongoing promotions and sales strategies.
• Utilize CRM software to update customer information and record call results.
• Provide information about products or services and handle customer questions and inquiries.
• Support sales team by scheduling appointments or callbacks for sales representatives.
• Follow up on initial contacts and build relationships through regular communication.
• Adhere to communication protocols and maintain professionalism in all interactions.

Training and Development:
• Receive comprehensive training for 6 months in Excel, email sending, CRM usage, and other relevant tools.
• Develop proficiency in using company systems and processes to enhance job performance.

Performance Metrics:
• No sales targets; focus on supporting sales activities through effective telecalling.
• Receive commission on every item sold through telecalling efforts.
