Responsibilities
Support and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards and procedures
Prepare and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Perform detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and potential areas of improvement
Prepare and record accruals and other adjusting entries to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Strong systems focus - experience with ERP Implementation would be a big bonus!
Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures
Provide support for internal and external audits, ensuring all requested documentation and information is provided in a timely manner
Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by management, providing financial expertise and insight
