Job Title: Cost Accountant

Job Location: Salinas, CA

Salary:$100K-$120K base salary

Requirements: 4+ years experience in cost accounting in a manufacturing environment. Skilled in SAP accounting and inventory management functions

What You Will Be Doing

As a Site Cost Accountant, you will be responsible for all site related accounting activities including cost control against plan, working capital management, capital spend analysis, and product costings. This position is on-site in Salinas, CA.

What You Need for this Position

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance

3+ years accounting experience in a manufacturing environment

Proficient in SAP inventory management functions

Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards preferred

Experience with internal & external audits and control procedures

Ability to travel up to 15% for inventory counts, etc.

Preferred

CPA or CMA Certification

Agriculture industry experience
