Staff Accountant

Job description
Our client is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the financial operations of the organization. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $70,000 to $80,000 per year.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
• Invoice processing and recording
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts
• Collaborate with internal departments to secure necessary approvals for invoices
• Schedule and prepare payments to vendors
• Maintain meticulous records of all accounts payable transactions
• Assisting with month-end and year-end closing

Qualifications:
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting
• Excellent communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Self-motivated, accountable, organized, and focused
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
