Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about our products and services, understand their requirements, and close sales.

Responsibilities:

Contact potential and existing customers via telephone to promote products and services.
Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service.
Describe products and services in detail.
Respond to questions about products and services.
Obtain customer information and other relevant data.
Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
Record customer details and details of the conversation for future follow-ups.
Maintain a friendly and professional tone at all times.
Provide information about promotional offers.
Generate leads for outside sales team.
Route calls to appropriate resources when necessary.
Follow up on customer calls where necessary.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
Proficient in relevant computer applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in spoken and written [Language].
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
A customer-oriented and professional attitude.
Education:

High school diploma; degree in sales or marketing will be an asset.
