About The Company

Our client is a growing fertility company with fertility centers across the US. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for preparing and analyzing monthly financial results for multiple IVF entities reporting internally to management and physicians, and externally to the bank.

Responsibilities
• Prepare and compile financial statements, review data, and ensure financial compliance under GAAP
• Execute a variety of financial procedures, including month-end and year-end closings, account reconciliations, and general ledger entries
• Obtain knowledge of revenue cycle management processes and billing systems to ensure that revenue reporting is accurate
• Prepare monthly physician compensation calculations using financial and operational data
• Prepare annual operating budget
• Assist with accounts payable, review coding and allocation to appropriate expense accounts, ensure appropriate cut-offs are maintained
• Prepare financial statement supporting documentation for internal review and external auditors and tax return preparers
• Prepare and update weekly cash forecasts to monitor cash
• Maintain and respect the confidentiality of financial and patient information in accordance with HIPAA and corporate policy and procedures

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 3-5 years of accounting/finance experience
• Experience with mid-level general ledgers
• Strong analytical and computer skills required
