Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, exceptional leadership abilities, and a proven track record in client coordination and project closure. This role requires a creative individual who can manage and inspire a team of designers, effectively communicate with clients, and ensure the successful completion of projects.

Design Modular Kitchens and wardrobes based on client requirements using 2D/3D design software or get it designed from the Designer teams.

Lead and manage a team of interior designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.

Provide clients with design options and recommendations based on their needs.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Conduct client meetings to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints, estimate project costs and provide. quotes to clients.

Present design concepts and proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback into the final design.

Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure to do proper reporting to Senior Manager regarding ongoing projects, Developments and requirements.

Collaborate with entire team Designers, Production Team & Site Supervisor etc to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, products, and materials.

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

Responsible for overall Project targets depending upon the current projects, Modular Kitchens, wardrobes or complete Interiors.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the design team, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.

Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
