Position Overview

The Senior Accountant will play a crucial role in our finance department, working cross-functionally with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and efficient operations. This role demands a deep understanding of general ledger functions and proficiency in NetSuite. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee general ledger activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage and reconcile all balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary information for financial reporting and analysis.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of financial controls and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support during audits, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Utilize NetSuite for financial reporting and analysis, ensuring data integrity and system optimization.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of more efficient systems and procedures.
