Tele Calling Executive

Job Title: Telecaller - Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB)

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Telecaller to join our team in the Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PEB systems and an ability to communicate effectively with potential clients to promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the construction and architecture industries to generate leads and promote our PEB solutions.

- Provide detailed information about PEB products, benefits, and applications to clients to answer any queries and assist in decision-making.

- Maintain a strong understanding of our PEB offerings, including materials, design specifications, and technical details.

- Schedule meetings or consultations for the sales team with qualified leads.

- Prepare and maintain records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback in our CRM system.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and conversion of leads into sales.

- Identify market trends and customer needs to inform product development and marketing strategies.

- Assist in developing telecalling scripts and marketing materials to improve engagement efforts.

- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and industry trends.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or similar role, preferably in the construction or manufacturing sector.

- Strong understanding of Pre-Engineered Buildings, including materials and construction processes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach.

- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Fluency in English and [other relevant languages, if applicable].
