Accountant

Qualifications
Proficiency in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Experience with Bank Reconciliations
Knowledge and understanding of General Ledger
Ability to prepare Journal Entries
Experience in performing Month End Close operations
Proficiency in using NetSuite for financial operations
Familiarity with Oracle financial software
Experience in using QuickBooks for accounting tasks
Knowledge of SAP software for financial operations
Responsibilities
The role centers around the functions of a Staff Accountant, where the successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis
This role will be instrumental in supporting branch personnel in decision making through the reconciliation, analysis, and the development of sound accounting processes and procedures
Provide accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis
Assist in reconciliation and analysis of financial data
Develop and implement sound accounting processes and procedures
Support branch personnel in decision making by providing necessary financial information
Manage tasks related to Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Perform bank reconciliations
Maintain the General Ledger and prepare Journal Entries
Assist in month end close process
Work with various accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP
