Job Description

ualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting
Minimum of 2 years of tax planning experience
In-depth understanding of tax code, compliance, and strategy
Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
Experience in a wealth management or financial advisory firm is nice to have, but not required
Proven track record of creating tax strategies for a diverse client base
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Benefits
Salary: $35,000 - $40,000 base plus commissions (Every Friday is a half day!)

In this role, you will lead our clients' tax planning and strategy, working closely with our financial advisors to deliver exceptional service

Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and businesses
Develop tax strategies and planning solutions tailored to the financial goals of our clients

Foster lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and communication
