Job description
• Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Civil Engineer with 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in civil engineering projects and a strong foundation in engineering principles. This role involves working on various construction and infrastructure projects, collaborating with senior engineers, and ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
• Responsibilities:

- Assist in the design, planning, and execution of civil engineering projects.

- Conduct site inspections and surveys to ensure that construction activities meet project specifications and standards.

- Prepare and review engineering plans, drawings, and specifications.

- Support the project team in managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.

- Assist in the preparation of project reports, documentation, and progress updates.

- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of project components.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and quality controls.

- Analyze data and perform calculations to support engineering decisions and problem-solving.

- Participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders to discuss project requirements and progress.
• Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in civil engineering.

- Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.

- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
