Job Description:
We seek dedicated individuals to join our team as Tele caller Executive & Sales Associates at I Am An Artist India, the leading Fine Art School and Art Gallery based in Mulund West, Mumbai, India. You will be our student's and customers' primary point of contact, handling inquiries, providing information about our products and services, and assisting with sales transactions.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle Inbound Calls: Receive and manage incoming calls from students and customers regarding inquiries, course details, product information, and sales orders.
2. Provide Excellent Customer Service: Assist customers courteously and professionally, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely and effective manner.
3. Promote Products and Services: Educate customers about our acceptable art courses, drawing and painting classes, handmade paintings, and other offerings. Encourage enrollment in courses and promote sales of our products.
4. Process Sales Orders: Assist customers in placing orders for our products and services, including course registrations, artwork purchases, and customized painting requests.
5. Maintain Customer Records: Using our CRM system, we keep accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales transactions.
6. Resolve Customer Issues: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, complaints, or disputes to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
7. Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other team members, including instructors, artists, and administrative staff, to coordinate customer inquiries, sales activities, and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-oriented demeanor.
Prior experience in customer service, sales, Tele caller executive, admission counselor or related roles preferred.
Proficiency in using computers, email, and CRM software.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Tuesday to Sunday
Shift: 11:00 AM - 07:30 PM
