Job Description:
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales over the phone. You will play a key role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our stock market trading services and financial products.
Understand client needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly quotas.
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
Team up with financial advisors and channel partners to build pipelines and close deals.
Perform effective online presentations and demonstrations of our trading platform and services.
Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential investors.
Develop a deep understanding of our trading services and financial products to effectively promote to clients.
Record client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Handle client inquiries and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Requirements:
Proven fresher/experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Education:
Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
