The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing or production environment. As a Quality Control Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Quality Assurance: Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures to ensure products meet established standards of quality, reliability, and performance.
• Inspections and Testing: Conduct inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to identify and address any deviations from quality standards.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and other quality-related activities. Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
• Process Improvement: Analyze quality control data and identify trends. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Stay updated on changes in quality control regulations and best practices.
• Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and resolve quality issues by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to production staff on quality control procedures and standards. Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.
• Customer Interaction: Address customer complaints and inquiries related to product quality. Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to enhance customer satisfaction.
