Profile - Quality Engineer
• Qualification - Diploma / B.Tech - civil

Salary - Upto 3 lac

Experience - Min. 4+ yrs. in foundry

Location - Bhilai

Inspection and Testing: Oversee the inspection of raw materials, in-process items, and final products to ensure they meet specified standards.

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): Utilize techniques such as radiographic, ultrasonic, magnetic particle, and dye penetrant testing to evaluate the properties of the material or components without causing damage.

Destructive Testing: Perform tests that involve fracturing or breaking the material to examine its mechanical properties.

Process Monitoring: Continuously monitor the foundry processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure consistency.

Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma: Implement methodologies to reduce waste, improve quality, and increase efficiency.

Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and analyze quality issues and defects to determine their root causes and develop corrective actions.

Adherence to Standards: Ensure compliance with industry standards (like ASTM, ISO, etc.) and customer specifications.

Quality Documentation: Maintain and manage quality control documentation, including inspection reports, certificates, and compliance records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 per year

Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
• foundry industry: 3 years (Preferred)
