We are in search of an Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team in Riverside, California. This role primarily involves overseeing full cycle accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and payroll management, as well as managing cash flow and streamlining accounting processes.

Responsibilities
• Oversee full cycle accounting operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all transactions are processed promptly.
• Manage invoicing processes, ensuring all invoices are issued and payments are received in a timely manner.
• Oversee payroll operations, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time.
• Manage cash flow within the organization, monitoring income and expenditure, and making appropriate financial decisions.
• Streamline and improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Generate monthly reports to provide insight into the organization's financial status.
• Utilize accounting software systems and tools such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze financial data.
• Leverage knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to enhance accounting operations.
• Handle billing functions, ensuring all billing activities are conducted accurately and efficiently.

Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Accounting Manager/Supervisor role
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Capable of managing Accounting Functions
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ability to handle Billing Functions
• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred)
• CPA certification (preferred)
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and best practices.
