Accountant

Qualifications
Our client is looking for someone with 6+ years of experience, leadership experience, and who is energetic and collaborative
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
6+ years of accounting experience
Excellent management and supervisory skills
Strong organizational, prioritization and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Benefits
The salary for this position is $110k-150k
The compensation philosophy reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting
Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including, but not limited to skills, experience level, and overall qualifications
This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program
Responsibilities
Oversee the global consolidation process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of financial data
Guide and support subsidiary controllers and business group finance directors
Manage global finance and accounting learning events
Conduct analysis of financial statements
Severe as a key point of contact for financial issues
Assist in reviewing monthly results and variance analyses
Provide oversight and project management for accounting projects
Coach and mentor the team in various aspects of their career growth
Other duties and projects as assigned
