Qualifications
An experienced bookkeeper with extensive QuickBooks knowledge to maintain records for our clients is the primary function
Understanding of monthly journal entries, adjusting journal entries and bank reconciliations a must
Payroll experience needed
The work schedule is ideal where the hours are less during the summer months, more with the fall and 30-40 hours during tax season based on your preference

Responsibilities
The position is part-time 8 months of the year with additional hours from January thru April
Additional job functions include some administrative work such as client billing, secretarial duties, income tax return input, and client interaction
