We are looking for a detailed and organized professional to join our finance and accounting team! The accountant’s primary responsibilities will include:
• Full cycle bookkeeping through QuickBooks
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable with a focus on managing billable expenses and preparing invoices to our members.
• Assisting as needed with payroll processing.

The most qualified candidates will have:
• 3+ years’ experience in accounting, finance and bookkeeping supported by an academic background in finance, accounting or business management.
• 2+ years’ experience with QuickBooks software.
• Advanced user of MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills.
