Job Description

Job Title: Senior Technical Process Executive (International Technical Voice Process)

Location: Pune

Qualifications:

- Education: 12+3 year diploma or graduate degree.
- Experience: Minimum of one year in technical support and domestic/international voice process.

- Skills:

- Proficiency in service desks, VPN, Active Directory, Office 365, and ticketing tools.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:

- Salary: Upto 6 LPA.
- Night Shift Allowance: Up to 2,000 INR.
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives ranging from 0 to 5,000 INR.

- Immediate joining.
- 24/7 shift
- 5 working days and 2 days off.
- Both-side cab services.
- Work from office.
