We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented WordPress Website Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for all aspects of managing and maintaining our clients' WordPress websites, including installation, configuration, plugin management, customization, and ongoing support. You will be a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring their websites are always running smoothly and meeting their needs.
Responsibilities
• Install and configure WordPress and WooCommerce on web hosting platforms.
• Research and recommend suitable WordPress plugins for client needs.
• Install, configure, and update WordPress plugins and themes.
• Make basic customizations to WordPress themes and templates using HTML, CSS, and PHP (understanding these languages is a plus, but not mandatory).
• Optimize website performance for speed and search engine visibility.
• Conduct regular website backups and maintain security best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with WordPress websites.
• Maintain accurate documentation of website configuration and changes.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest WordPress trends and best practices.
