Overview
Controller opportunity with a mid-sized, privately held, logistics company. Both the company and parent company are headquartered in the PNW and offer tremendous growth opportunities. Stable team, impressive leaders, and financially strong organization.
What You’ll Do
• Manage a small team of accountants and report to the CFO.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting, including the consolidation of financial statements.
• Review general ledger and complete and supporting documentation for transactions, compliant with US GAAP.
• Preparation of cash forecast.
• Develop, analyze, and interpret statistical and accounting data to evaluate the company’s operating results in terms of profitability, budget adherence, and other critical financial health indicators.
• Supports the annual and multi-year budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term capital planning processes.

Who You Are
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA or MBA
• 7+ years relevant, progressive experience
• Strong leadership experience
• Technically savvy (ERP conversions/implementations/upgrades)
