Job Description: Computer Operator with Telecaller and Online Order Collector

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Computer Operator with responsibilities including telecalling and collecting orders through online platforms. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage online transactions efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Telecalling:
Contacting potential customers via telephone to introduce our products/services.
Answering questions about products or the company.
Order Packaging and Sending by Courier with all forilities.
Online Order Collection:

Monitoring online platforms (e.g., website, e-commerce portals, social media) for incoming orders.
Ensuring prompt response to customer queries related to orders.
Processing customer orders accurately and promptly.
Computer Operations:

Operating computer systems and maintaining online platforms for order processing.
Inputting data, maintaining records, and generating reports as required.
Ensuring the security and confidentiality of customer information.
Customer Service:

Providing excellent customer service throughout the order process.
Resolving customer complaints or issues related to orders.
Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service role.
Familiarity with online platforms and order processing systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
