The individual will be responsible for maintaining general and subsidiary ledgers, overseeing check processing, handling tax calculations, and coordinating year-end close with auditors. This role will also involve managing assets, collaborating with the finance team, and performing various tasks as assigned. Apply today!Responsibilities:• Maintain general and subsidiary ledgers, including journal entries and reconciliations.• Oversee check processing, bank account management, and cash balance monitoring.• Prepare financial statements and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.• Handle tax calculations and filings.• Manage assets and property taxes.• Collaborate with the Finance team on training and daily operations.• Coordinate year-end close with auditors.• Assess internal controls and implement best practices.• Provide administrative support.• Perform special projects as assigned. Salary and Benefits:The salary range for this position is $85,000-$+5,000.
