Property Tax Accountant

Job description
We are seeking a Corporate Property Tax Accountant with GAAP accounting experience and audit experience. We have temp to hire and permanent placement openings. These positions are on-site. In-state applicants only.

Responsibilities
• Lead the charge in sourcing, validating, preparing, and mailing personal property and real estate tax payments.
• Conduct orchestrated reviews of third-party/landlord tax reconciliations, aligning them with leases and agreements, and process payments.
• Dance through the preparation of Costco's Personal Property Tax returns, identifying opportunities for tax savings.
• Join the rhythm of preparing personal property and real property tax budgeting forecasts for business partners.
• Embark on ad hoc tax research projects, supporting other property tax initiatives.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• Unleash your tax prowess with a minimum of two years' experience in corporate tax/public accounting or its formidable equivalent.
• Revel in your strong understanding of accounting concepts, adding depth to your financial expertise.
• Showcase your analytical skills with an unwavering attention to detail, demonstrating a deep understanding of fundamental accounting concepts.
• Ascend to the heights of computer competency, wielding the powers of Word, Excel, SAP, OneStream, Webi and Bi Reporting

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $+0,000.00 per year
