We are on the lookout for a meticulous and systematic Part-Time Bookkeeper to be a part of our team in Spokane Valley, Washington. This role is Monday-Thursday estimated 30 hours a week. In this role, your key function will be to manage day to day bookkeeping activities.

Summary: Efficiently performs a variety of bookkeeping responsibilities in the corporate finance department and maintains accuracy and integrity of financial information of ONE.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Processes accounts payable.
• Reconciles credit card statements.
• Reconciles vendor statements.
• Enters all cash and checks that are received.
• Reconciles the coffee bar receipts.
• Compiles deposits and delivers deposits to the bank.
• Leads the accounting team on Sunday.
• Files any source documents.
• Enters and processes volunteer background checks.
• General office tasks as needed.
• Mails contribution statements.
• Calls vendors.

PAY RANGE: $20.00- $22.00/hour

BENEFITS: This is a part-time position, there are no benefits offered.

Requirements

Education/Experience:

No education required; and two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Specialized Training
• 2 years bookkeeping
• Strong command of Accounts Payable, Data Entry, and Accounts Receivable
• Experience with Quickbooks Required
